The second concert in the Department's Concerts at Konkel series this summer will be on Tuesday evening, July 15th. The date in the summer Recreator activity guide incorrectly lists the date as July 19th. The Stanley's is a four piece band playing an edgey version of 70's, 80's, and 90's rock. The group plays artists like "Killers", "REM", "Blink 182" and even Johnny Cash! The concert is from 7-9pm at the Konkel Park gazebo (51st & Layton Ave.) Admission is FREE, but concessions will be available for sale. Bring a blanket or lawn chair, a picnic basket filled with muchies and enjoy a great night of musical entertainment. We hope to see you at the park on Tuesday night.
