Alderman Sohn's responds that he will not resign....as expected. he says the Mayor violated City ordinances and State law.
He believes it is a disservice to the Fox' s that the city sat on the complaint for over a year.
Alderman Wilhelm and Alderman Taylor both state complaints must be investigated and ordinances enforced.
Alderman Wilhelm is concerned that the Aldermen are not being kept informed.
