JULY 6 – AUGUST 11

• Teddy Bear Contest
  Elementary/Middle School kids (going into 3rd-8th grades) can pick up a teddy bear at the Greenfield Public Library, take it home, and create a costume to turn it into a favorite book character. Pick up bears by July 11. Drop off bears by July 18.  Display and public voting will take place July 19 – August 11.

• Storyteller Mama Nomusa Xaba: uses an array of African instruments to enhance her folk stories, which come from Africa, the Americas, and more!

On Wednesday, June 10, at 7:00pm, the Greenfield Public Library will be hosting a book discussion on Gift from the Sea by Anne Morrow Lindbergh.

The next book discussion will take place on July 8 at 7:00pm.  We will be discussing Digging to America by Anne Tyler.
