The Shorewood PD website has been down for some time now. Our old website, although outdated, has some very useful information on it. Unfortunately, the program that we used to run the site became obsolete and full of technical problems so it was discontinued. I have been asked by several people when our new site will be up and running.
Like everyone else, the police department has been waiting for the new village website to become operational. Once that happens, we will be back online.

Thank you for the information. As I had an opportunity to tour the police station not too long ago (sans cuffs to any who may wonder :-) ) I know that the SPD seems to get the short end of the stick here in the Village (which was the reason I did not make comments about the lack of your site, as I know you folks --- although a little ticket happy on parking !!! do a very good job overall with the limited resources your are given).
I still can't believe that Shorewood does not have a decent space in its Police Station to interview victims ! I hope the Village Board not only works to get things working on Shorewood's internet face to the public, but also gets to work on a decent police facility.
