Kevin Fischer is an award-winning veteran broadcaster who has been seen and heard on Milwaukee TV and radio stations for nearly three decades.
Kevin, who is a legislative aide to state Sen. Mary Lazich (R-New Berlin), can be seen offering his views on the news on the public affairs program, “INTERchange,” on Milwaukee Public Television Channel 10. He lives with his wife, Jennifer, in Franklin.

Just how exactly are they cowardly? They didn't answer the question from the reporter, took the Mexican flag, and walked in the bar...

Cowardly? For not fighting an American vet? I think if they would have done anything of the sort you'd be up in arms.

It was a no win situation for the bar owners, of which I'm still wondering why they did such a stupid act like that in the first place. Perhaps they wanted the attention.

Congratulations Kowalski, it’s been a long and winding road, but with your latest moronic comments, you have finally reached the pinnacle of absurdity.  COWARD is exactly what these bar patrons are.

Broussard epitomizes COURAGE, and I hope I would have the courage to do the same if I were presented with the same situation.  Come to think of it, I would wipe my feet on the Mexican flag for good measure.

If Kowalski had an ounce of patriotism in his body, instead of taking issue with Kevin calling the patrons cowards, he would be applauding Broussard’s actions and condemning those responsible for flying a Mexican above the American flag.

I’m so sick and tired of the Pollyanna attitudes of today’s young people like Kowalski, especially when it comes to matters of Country.

Did anyone check the bar owner for his Green Card? Maybe that is why no one challenged Broussard, they thought it was part of an ICE raid.
